Whichever option you choose, please understand we provide an evaluation service, not an outcome. To avoid disappointment, and prior to submitting your packet, review the current Non-Credit list.

Depending on your time, budget and needs, you may choose from the following evaluation services:

Unofficial Evaluation: $50.
Ten (10) business days* after we receive all of your properly completed documents and cleared payment, your evaluation is complete, and unofficial results are mailed to you on a postcard, by regular mail.

Your unofficial results are good for a 12-month period. During this time, you may want an official transcript, which is an additional $200. Five (5) business days* after we receive your cleared payment, your official transcript (in a sealed envelope), and your student-copy are mailed to you, by regular mail. (If documents are added at this time, the 10 day evaluation time will apply).

Official Evaluation: $250.
Ten (10) business days* after we receive from you all properly completed documents and a cleared payment, your official transcript (in a sealed envelope), and your student-copy are mailed to you, by regular mail. Your transcript becomes a permanent NCI record, and does not expire.

Official Update: $70.
Once you have had an official evaluation done with us, and you have completed more military and/or college training, you may choose this option. Paying the update fee does not guarantee additional credits. Ten (10) business days* after we receive from you all properly completed documents and a cleared payment, your official transcript (in a sealed envelope), and your student-copy are mailed to you, by regular mail.

If your deadline is quickly approaching, you may choose to add either of these time-saving services:

Premium Service: +$100
Eliminate eight (8) days from the internal evaluation process with this service. Two (2) business days* after we receive your properly completed documents and cleared payment, your packet will be evaluated, and transcripts sent out USPS Express Mail. (Express Mail may not be available in your area. If you have an APO address, there may be significant delay. Please check with your local Post Office). 

Outgoing Fax Service: +$15
Eliminate eight (8) days from the internal evaluation process with this service. Two (2) business days* after we receive your properly completed documents and cleared payment, your packet will be evaluated, transcript faxed, and original transcripts sent out USPS Express Mail. (Express Mail may not be available in your area. If you have an APO address, there may be significant delay. Please check with your local Post Office).

* In your time calculations, add in any mailing time, to and from NCI.

-If copies of an evaluation are requested at a later time, NCI has no obligation to review or revise the evaluation, in accordance with any changes that may have occurred in the interim.
